6.2W thermally conductive pad is a high thermal conductivity composite material made of methyl vinyl silicone rubber blended with thermally conductive ceramic fillers at a specific ratio.
It is ideal for heat dissipation equipment with stringent thermal performance demands, delivering low thermal resistance and excellent electrical insulation even under low mounting pressure.
