Adhesive Tape Coating

Adhesive tape coating is a process where a coating machine applies adhesive evenly onto the backing material, and then it undergoes drying and curing to form the adhesive tape. The coated tape becomes the master roll. Depending on the thickness and performance requirements of different substrates, the width of the master roll ranges from 500mm to 1270mm, and the length ranges from 300 meters to 5000 meters. In the industrial tape field, common substrates include films, fabrics, paper, and metals. Common adhesives include silicone, acrylic, and rubber adhesives. The single-sided adhesive tape has glue applied to only one side of the base material, while double-sided tape has glue applied to both sides of the base material.
