But for new energy vehicles, we must consider the requirements of high-voltage direct current on the tape (generally high voltage exceeds 300V DC). Also, the new energy car battery part generates a lot of heat. At this time, the heat of the tape itself is stable. Performance and aging resistance put forward higher requirements.

For the application of new energy vehicle wiring harness tape, you can partially refer to the existing wiring harness tape application, but when it comes to the new energy core battery and sensor wiring harness, more reference factors should be considered to choose the suitable new energy vehicle wiring harness tape.
