The glue determines its chemical properties, such as temperature resistance, low VOC, low odor;
So, as you can see from the above, if you are using tape such as PET flannel, PET cloth base, PVC film, it is insulated, but 200v cannot be used.
General passenger cars, including large commercial vehicles, are DC voltage, the maximum is not more than 24V; at this time, it is safe to use the harness tape above us;
But for new energy vehicles, we must consider the requirements of high-voltage direct current on the tape (generally high voltage exceeds 300V DC). Also, the new energy car battery part generates a lot of heat. At this time, the heat of the tape itself is stable. Performance and aging resistance put forward higher requirements.
For the application of new energy vehicle wiring harness tape, you can partially refer to the existing wiring harness tape application, but when it comes to the new energy core battery and sensor wiring harness, more reference factors should be considered to choose the suitable new energy vehicle wiring harness tape.
