1.5W Thermally conductive pad
1.5W thermally conductive pad is a thermally conductive gap filler pad with high resilience and outstanding cost efficiency.
It offers excellent electrical insulation and thermal conductivity, maintains stable performance from -40°C to 200°C, and meets the UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard.
The material is soft with double-sided self-adhesion.
It is used to fill air gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks or metal housings to achieve optimal heat conduction and heat dissipation.
