3.2W Thermally conductive pad
3.2W thermally conductive pad is compounded of methyl vinyl silicone rubber and thermally conductive ceramic fillers in a specific proportion, designed for heat dissipation equipment with high thermal conductivity requirements.
It features excellent thermal conduction and gap filling performance, low thermal resistance, high softness and double-sided self-adhesion.
It fills air gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks or metal housings to achieve optimal heat transfer and heat dissipation.
